Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-18 · Effective date: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Super Elba («we», «us», «our», or «the Company») collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the Super Elba mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the «App» or «Services»). Super Elba is an intermediary technology platform that connects customers, businesses, drivers, and community users. We provide a marketplace and software tools; we are not a party to transactions between users and third-party businesses or drivers, and we do not control services performed by them. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted.
1. Introduction
Your privacy matters to you and to us. We are committed to protecting personal information you share with us.
We follow widely accepted principles for customer privacy and data protection. «Personal Information» means information that can identify an individual, including name, address, email, phone number, and similar contact or account data.
You may browse certain public pages without creating an account. If you register or use our Services, we may collect Personal Information as described below. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for their marketing.
2. Information we collect and how we use it
When you visit or use the App, we may collect and store information about you, your device, and your activity, including but not limited to:
• Device and technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser or app version, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
• Location data: approximate or precise GPS location when you allow it — including background location for drivers and delivery tracking so customers can follow trips and orders in real time.
• Account data: full name, email, phone number, password, profile photo, gender, date of birth (if provided), role (client, driver, business, creditor), and information from third-party sign-in (e.g. Google) if you choose that option.
• Service data: pickup and delivery addresses, order and trip history, ratings, messages, photos, posts, and other content you submit in Vecindario, chat, catalogs, or business modules.
• Business data: if you operate a store on the platform — products, inventory, sales, billing, and staff accounts linked to your business.
• Usage data: features used, session duration, and interaction with notifications.
We use this information to provide and improve the Services, connect clients with drivers and businesses, process orders and trips, send alerts, prevent fraud, comply with law, and support customer service.
3. Notice
We request Personal Information when it is needed — for example when you create an account, request a trip or delivery, register a business, publish content, or use features that require identification or contact details.
4. Consent and sharing of information
Information you provide may be shared with parties involved in delivering the Services, including customers, drivers, businesses, payment processors, and our service partners — only as needed to operate the platform.
We protect your information with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Access and account control
You may review and update much of your Personal Information in the app account or profile settings, including contact details and notification preferences.
Drivers and service providers may be required to upload identity or vehicle documents visible to customers as part of platform safety and compliance. By uploading such documents, you agree they may be shown or downloaded by relevant users for reference and verification.
6. Security and payments
We use technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. You also play a role: keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You must review and accept their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for errors, fraud, or disputes handled solely by a payment provider, though we will cooperate reasonably when appropriate.
7. Notice to parents
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it and close the account if appropriate.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies on our website or web views to remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
Advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies across apps or sites to show relevant ads, subject to their own policies.
9. How we use the information you share
We use contact information to connect clients, drivers, and businesses; deliver notifications; and provide support.
We may disclose Personal Information without prior notice when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with law or legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) protect the safety of users or the public.
10. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not rent or sell Personal Information except as described in this Policy. We may share data with:
• Trusted partners who help us operate the App (hosting, maps, push notifications, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
• Other users when needed to complete a trip, order, or social interaction.
• Authorities when required by law or to investigate fraud, illegal activity, or safety risks.
• Successors if the Company is merged or acquired — we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.
We may use your email for legal or policy notices related to your account.
11. Confidentiality and security standards
Access to Personal Information is limited to personnel and partners who need it to provide the Services. We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards consistent with applicable law.
No method of transmission over the Internet or mobile networks is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your consent
By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and where we explain collection at the point of use.
13. Grievance and privacy concerns
If you have a complaint about how we handle your information or about this Privacy Policy, contact our privacy team at the email below. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address your concern.

15. App permissions (Android)
Super Elba requests certain device permissions only to provide features you use. We do not use these permissions to collect unrelated personal data.
Camera — capture photos for profile, deliveries, vecindario posts, or support.
Photos and videos — when you choose images or videos from your device, the system photo/video picker is used. We do not request permanent access to your entire photo or video library.
Microphone — voice calls between clients and drivers during active trips, and optional voice features in games or groups. Audio is used only when you start a call or voice feature.
Phone — place calls to the other party in an active trip when you tap call.
Location (fine, coarse, and background) — show maps, assign nearby drivers, navigate routes, and track trips or deliveries in real time, including when the app runs in the background for active driver or delivery sessions. Location is used in line with Google Play policies. We do not sell location data to unrelated third parties.
Notifications — trip offers, order updates, and scheduled reminders.
You can revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may stop working if you do.
